Sales & Marketing Membership Director (+BESMA)

Since joining in 2017, Adam has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and revenue generation of the ISM. With over 20 years of experience in both B2C and B2B sales and marketing from across the globe, working in a range of industries and organisations from blue-chip companies to tech start-ups he thrives on launching new initiatives to attract customers and increase loyalty within its customer base.

Prior to joining ISM, he led the marketing efforts at other membership bodies including The Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and The British Bankers Association (BBA - now U.K. Finance) and has experience of working in West Africa and the UAE.

Roger Bradburn | FISM | CMI

Chief Operating Officer

Roger has been involved with the ISM since 1984 and is responsible for managing and developing ISM’s business and internal organisation. With more than 15 years’ experience in Higher Education working for a wide range of Universities.

Prior to his educational career he held a range of marketing and strategy posts for companies such as Philips and ITT.

He brings a commitment to positive change and he will be seeking to further develop the quality and responsiveness of ISM’s activity, as well as providing stability and renewal in a rapidly developing enterprise.

Dionne McCallion

Membership & Education Executive

After completing her GCSE’s, Dionne joined the ISM in 2013 as a Business Administration apprentice within the education department.

Three years on – having completed her level 2 and 3 NVQ Qualifications in business administration – she is now fully employed, and working within education providing centres with support and guidance.

She manages our membership sign up process for the ISM and helps out our education team with their efforts to professionalise salesforces across the globe with recognised qualifications.
