Roger has been involved with the ISM since 1984 and is responsible for managing and developing ISM’s business and internal organisation. He brings a commitment to positive change and he will be seeking to further develop the quality and responsiveness of ISM’s activity, as well as providing stability and renewal in a rapidly developing enterprise. Roger has been involved with the ISM since 1984 and is responsible for managing and developing ISM’s business and internal organisation. Thomas has a proven track record of building true partner relationships through being self-motivated, tenacious, consultative in his approach combined with a strong ability to influence and communicate at board level. Having worked with an extremely varied, high level client portfolio of multinational organisations and SMEs he has a varied skill set allowing him to work across many industry sectors with a real drive to deliver tangible results and revenue growth year on year. He is passionate about partner engagement and account development.

In his role as Corporate Account Director David is responsible for the management of ISM’s Corporate Partnerships and works closely with the Education team to guide and support our centres offering ISM qualifications. David has built over ten years Sales and Account Management experience within Education/ Corporate L&D Sectors working for both FTSE 100 and SME companies. He holds significant Project Management experience within the local authority sector working for Education Business Partnerships, helping Schools and local enterprise work together to drive work related learning strategies within Secondary Education. Dave’s success in the Sales Industry has led to his passion for ensuring Sales is recognised as a true Profession and   is a career path of choice supported by the highest levels of ongoing training and development.

Adam has overall responsibility for the planning, creation and delivery of marketing strategies to support the ongoing development and growth of the ISM across all markets using data & analytics to drive engagement. Since 2002 he has worked within Membership Bodies, Insurance, Digital Marketing Agencies and Financial Services – both at home and abroad. Prior to joining ISM, he was at The Institute of Risk Management, The British Bankers Association (now U.K. Finance) and TATA amongst others.

With a global membership reach Frances holds the position of Responsible Officer, the authoritative point of contact for the government qualification regulator Ofqual. She ensures the efficient and appropriate development, delivery, certification and high quality of sales qualifications designed particularly for sales people at all stages of their careers. Prior to joining ISM, she has worked at for TNG developing and running training programmes for entrepreneurs and Whitbread PLC where she was Recruitment and Training Manager.

After completing her GCSE’s, Dionne joined the ISM as a Business Administration apprentice within the education department. Three years on – having completed her level 2 and 3 NVQ Qualifications in business administration – she is now fully employed, and working within education providing centres with support and guidance.

Rachael is the primary point of contact for all members and prospective members. She takes enquiries through a range of communication channels, updating of membership databases as well as managing the membership life-cycle including sales, payment, new member communication, member benefits and renewals. She also manages and develops membership events in the UK and abroad as required. Although based at the ISM’s London offices, her role requires regular travel to coordinate and manage member volunteers, such as regional committees.

Prior to joining the ISM she was the Membership Account Manager at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry where she developed strong working relationships with sales and marketing contacts across a wide range of sectors.
