Steve Bussey

Steve works with sales teams and leaders across the globe in organisations such as; Intel, Vodafone, Pfizer, Worldpay and NFU Mutual, primarily to accelerate sales performance. He is a dynamic and engaging sales coach whose passion for translating methodology into real-world results is reflected in his delivery and methods. Steve spent the early part of his career in Sales and Marketing positions, primarily in the automotive industry; for Jaguar, Vauxhall Motors and BMW.

Nick Turner, Sales & Agency Director, NFU Mutual

Nick has recently been appointed as President of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Nick has been NFU Mutual’s Sales and Agency Director since 2013, and is primarily responsible for the Group’s Agency Network, Distribution, and Sales. Before joining NFU Mutual, Nick spent 27 years at AXA, in a wide variety of Sales and Business Development, Marketing and Strategy roles across both Life, General Insurance and global partnerships for the AXA Group.
