Finding and retaining great sales people continues to be a challenge for many organisations.

Andrew Buchanan – Business Director for Renew ELP

Based in Teesside, ReNew ELP has developed the first commercial scale facility to chemically recycle end-of-life plastic into valuable hydrocarbon products. Andrew is leading the business development function of ReNew ELP, identifying customers for the products that the plant will produce and managing all aspects of product stewardship including logistics and handling, registration and compliance and commercial supply agreements.


Matthew Telling – Operations Director at RMS

Matt works with businesses and candidates to achieve their recruitment and career development objectives, specializing in middle to senior management recruitment in HR, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply Chain. Matt is also experienced in providing an Executive Search service, working with a wide range of business organisations from SMEs to blue-chip multi-nationals.


Marc Atkinson - CEO at Driver

From a Royal Marine Commando to a Software as a Service entrepreneur, Marc’s journey has not quite been typical. Along the way he has worked as, and recruited sales teams for, chemical, manufacturing and the tech industries. His latest venture Driver.online, has been identified as a high growth start-up and is ambitiously scaling, with a huge drive on developing his sales teams for serious growth.
